The Fellowship of Christian Athletes National Legacy Fund is set up to impact FCA ministry throughout the world in this generation and the generations to come.

It will be a funding source to invest in FCA staff growth, major projects and ministry advancement where needed the most. It is our desire to see Legacy gifts made to FCA through estate giving and major gifts which will benefit the ministry both currently and in the future. Gifts can be designated to key ministry areas or to the area of greatest need which will impact our global reach.

Ministry Impact

What will it take to help a sports-crazed generation find the real meaning of victory in Jesus Christ?  It will take strength, courage, and the knowledge that the Lord is with us wherever we go.

Just as competitors’ face moments when they must rise up to the challenge, FCA also has an opportunity to rise up to impact this generation for Christ. As our culture and world become more challenging, it’s our faith in Jesus Christ that gives FCA the strength and courage to persevere—sixty years and counting.

We believe, just as our founder did, that the Fellowship of Christian Athletes is needed now more than ever.

Since 1954, we have remained passionate in our calling to fulfill FCA’s vision “to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.”  With strong leadership, staff growth and God’s blessing and guidance, we now reach more than two million people annually on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels. Our efforts and influence continue to grow through our strategy of “to and through the coach” and our methods of “engaging, equipping and empowering” through one-one relationships, Huddles and Camps.

In the last year alone, FCA surpassed 1,700 staff and grew to more than 17,000 Huddles, over 700 camps and close to 50,000 commitments to Christ. Our ministry is gaining momentum as more and more dedicated supporters and volunteers share their time, talent, and treasure to see Jesus Christ transform the hearts of coaches and athletes.

“The question often asked is FCA as needed or relevant today as it was back then,
and I would say more so. FCA is God’s amazing, miraculous dream being fulfilled still to this day, and the question is can we continue?”

Don McClanen, FCA Founder
