Reading and using tools

The giving worksheet runs in your browser. Its amounts and checkboxes are not submitted to us or stored by the tool. Ordinary web requests still reach the hosting infrastructure, which may log request addresses, IP addresses, times and errors for operation and security.

Correspondence

When the correspondence form is available, it asks for a name, reply email and message. Messages are stored for editorial follow-up and relayed to the site's correspondence inbox. Do not submit account numbers, financial statements, identification documents or confidential estate papers. Contact information is used for the conversation, not automatically added to a mailing list. You can request correction or deletion through the same contact route; security or legal retention needs may limit immediate deletion.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions when configured. Its processing is described in Cloudflare's privacy documentation. Hosting, network protection and email services process the information required to operate their respective services. Admin authentication uses a restricted session cookie. Login failures and rate-limit events are recorded to protect access and are not used for advertising profiles.

Commercial links

Resource links may take you to a merchant or affiliate network with its own privacy and cookie practices. Our first-party click counter records aggregate day, page, resource and placement, not an IP address or individual visitor ID. It is not a record of a purchase. We do not collect checkout details. Read the merchant's policies before providing personal information.

Retention and requests

Editorial messages are retained while useful for follow-up and are reviewed periodically. Security login attempts are pruned after seven days when the application starts. Operational backups may retain earlier copies temporarily. We do not promise absolute security or immediate removal from every backup. Use the correspondence page for a privacy question and identify the information involved without sending additional sensitive records.
